Hydraulic flow dividers are flow controllers. They divide the total flow into equal parts or according to a strictly defined division ratio.

Flow dividers are used when it’s necessary to provide a given ratio of the speeds of movement of the output links of hydraulic motors. For example, when it’s necessary to ensure the extension of the rods of two hydraulic cylinders at the same speeds regardless of the load on the rods (in particular, in lifting devices), then a flow divider can be installed in the hydraulic system, dividing the incoming flow into two equal parts: one part of the flow is supplied to one hydraulic cylinder and the other in the second.

Hydraulic flow dividers bodies are made of aluminum, steel or cast iron. They provide flow rates up to 250 liters per minute and withstand pressures up to 350 Bar.
